Clean lines, basketball inspiration, eco-friendly: these new Voile Blanche sneakers combine the brand's modern style with carefully sought-after eco-friendly materials. The upper is made from faux leather obtained from discarded apple waste. The lining is made from recycled cotton, while the laces are made of PET from recycled bottles processed using certified methods. The sole with milled edging at the sides is 31% super-light EVA and 69% polyols from sugar cane. The style remains iconic thanks to the contrasting heel tab and side patch with logo.

If the package appears damaged or broken when you receive it, please write the following sentence on the delivery note, signing it together with the carrier: "I accept the parcel (parcels) reserving the right to check the same because it is damaged" If this happens, please inform us immediately that you have accepted the delivery with reservation. If the carrier refuses to allow you to make this reservation, please reject the delivery. Here again you should inform our Customer Care office immediately.

Diritto di Recesso
Ai sensi dell’art. 64 del decreto legislativo 6 settembre 2005, n. 206,come modificato dal D.Leg. 21.02.14 n° 21 ( il “Codice del Consumo”), il Cliente dispone di un periodo di 14 gg per recedere dal contratto senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione, senza costi e penalità.
Per esercitare tale diritto, il Cliente dovrà inviare a Falc S.p.A. una comunicazione esplicita scritta in tal senso, entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce (a tal fine può utilizzare il modulo tipico di recesso allegato in calce alle presenti condizioni generali).

Una volta pervenuta la suddetta comunicazione di recesso, il Servizio Clienti di Falc S.p.A. provvederà rapidamente a comunicare al Cliente le istruzioni sulla modalità di restituzione della merce. Il consumatore dovrà restituire il/i Prodotto/i senza indebito ritardo e in ogni caso entro quattordici giorni dalla data in cui ha comunicato al venditore la sua volontà di recedere dal contratto.
